We are a very popular school in the local area and currently have 74 children on roll. We boast wonderful grounds and surrounding area. Our staff provide a caring and dedicated setting and each are committed to delivering a high standard of education and social development for all of our pupils within a supportive Christian environment. Everything we do is for the benefit of the children.
We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work at Heddington from 22nd April 2025 supporting a Year 2 pupil with complex learning and physical needs. The child is an absolute delight but requires support with learning, physio, movement, sensory and hoisting. The position will be part time; Monday to Friday - 10am – 3pm.

- Have experience with working with pupils with SEND.
- Have a passion for assisting children in fulfilling their potential.
- Be an excellent communicator, committed to the team and school community as a whole.
- Prepared to take an active role in the life of the school.
- Be fun loving and have a sense of humour.

Hours of work: Monday – Friday 10 – 3pm
Contract type: Temporary (whilst the pupil is at Heddington) – paid over 43.7 weeks a year
TA Salary: £13.05- £14.36 (depending on experience)
